• Eucalyptus -  a powerful anti-inflammatory it makes an excellent massage oil for sore joints and sports injuries.  Australian aborigines have used this tree for thousands of years to treat joint pain
• Lemongrass - contains phytonutrients that are very effective in easing spasms and muscle cramps.  Ancient civilisations used it to combat jinxes and remove negative energy
• Marjoram - is effective in reducing pain associated with muscle spasms, muscle tightness and tension.  This fragrant, spicy oil is also referred as the happy herb or the joy of the mountains for its positive benefits to the mind and body
