Basil Essential Oil

With a long history of use as a culinary and healing herb, Basil features in every traditional medicine system across the world.  In traditional Chinese medicine it is used to lift the spirits.

It is considered to have a clarifying effect on the brain and to assist with mental fatigue.  Also when used in a blend as a massage oil it is believed to help with tired, tight and  overworked muscles.

• Pure undiluted essential oil

How to use product

• Dilute in a blending oil of your choice - maximum 10% essential oil
• Apply to the appropriate area of the skin as directed
• Place as much water in well of burner as possible & add a few drops of oil
• Add a few drops to bath water
