 Blend comprises 

• Camphor - frequently used as an ingredient in products formulated to soothe muscle, joint and back aches caused by a variety of conditions which cause inflammation.  It provides a cooling sensation which contributes to pain relief
• Eucalyptus - a warming oil which is reputed to reduce the discomfort caused by many conditions such as fibrositis, rheumatism and arthritis
• Lavender - contains phytonutrients that are very effective in easing spasms and muscle cramps.  This oil can provide relief from discomfort and joints pain caused by a wide variety of conditions
• Rosemary - rosmarinic acid is an active ingredient found in this oil which has pain-killing and anti-inflammatory effects.  It helps to reduce fluid build-up in joints
