Blend comprises 

• Frankincense - probably most famously known as one of the gifts brought by the Magi to the infant Jesus and for its use in religious ceremonies, it is traditionally believed to purify and promote a state of wholeness
• Lavender - renowned for its soothing and calming properties, it has been used for millennia to relax and calm the mind
• Lemon - renowned to be a natural calming agent, this aromatic oil has been shown to stimulate serotonin and dopamine production, which helps to reduce anxiety, enhance mood and promote relaxation
• Peppermint - traditionally used as a remedy for colds and headaches, the menthol content is both numbing and calming which can soothe an overactive nervous system and relieve nausea

How to Use Product

• Dilute in carrier oil and massage into temples and/or chosen area of the body
• Add a few drops to bath water
• Add to water in a burner or diffuser
• Place a few drops on a handkerchief, warm flannel or cold compress
• Add a few drops to hot water and inhale
