Camphor is frequently used as an ingredient in products formulated to soothe muscle, joint and back aches caused by a variety of conditions which cause inflammation.  It provides a cooling sensation which contributes to pain relief and easing of bruises and sprains.  It is also useful as a steam inhalation to combat the effects of coughs colds and chesty problems.

• Pure undiluted essential oil

How to use product

• Dilute in a blending oil of your choice - maximum 10% essential oil
• Apply to the appropriate area of the skin as directed
• Place as much water in well of burner as possible & add a few drops of oil
• Add a few drops to bath water
