Cedarwood Essential Oil

Cedarwood  has been used for centuries as a remedy for anxiety and depression.  It has a complex mix of active components including "terpenes" - small molecules that are absorbed into the bloodstream via the nose or lungs. They are so small that they are good as an ingredient in a steam inhalation for catarrh conditions.  It has antiseptic properties and is good as a mild astringent in skin care.

• Pure undiluted essential oil

How to use product

• Dilute in a blending oil of your choice - maximum 10% essential oil
• Apply to the appropriate area of the skin as directed
• Place as much water in well of burner as possible & add a few drops of oil
• Add a few drops to bath water
