Cellulite Essential Oil Blend

The action of massage in itself can also be good and skin brushing or bathing using these oils may prove beneficial. Black Pepper can help to stimulate the lymphatic system and gives a lift to this blend. Diet, exercise, reducing the amount of stress in life, stopping smoking and massage have all been linked with helping to reduce cellulite but no definitive proof has been given that any single factor can scientifically get rid of it.

How to Use Product

• Dilute in carrier oil and massage into temples and/or chosen area of the body
• Add a few drops to bath water
• Add to water in a burner or diffuser
• Place a few drops on a handkerchief, warm flannel or cold compress
• Add a few drops to hot water and inhale
