• Black Pepper - Piperine is responsible for the zestiness of black pepper and has anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.  This oil is reputed to be highly effective in helping the body recover from muscle soreness
• Geranium - low level inflammation is thought to be at the root of many discomforts.  This oil reputedly inhibits inflammation in the skin, muscles and joints
• Peppermint - is a natural antidepressant and muscle relaxant, therefore beneficial in relieving muscle aches. It can be applied topically to relieve discomfort and also has calming properties which soothe the mind along with muscles
• Rosemary - rosmarinic acid is an active ingredient found in this oil which has pain-killing and anti-inflammatory effects.  It helps to reduce fluid build-up in joints
