Chamomile Roman (10%) Dilute Essential Oil

Chamomile is a relaxant.  It depresses the central nervous system, reducing anxiety whilst not disrupting normal performance or function.  It is reputed to reduce the activity of the cells in the sleep centre of the brain.  It is well known for its soothing emollient effects.  Applied to bug bites, the oil helps with redness itching and irritation.

How to use product

• Dilute in a blending oil of your choice - maximum 10% essential oil
• Apply to the appropriate area of the skin as directed
• Place as much water in well of burner as possible & add a few drops of oil
• Add a few drops to bath water
