Jasmine (5%) Dilute Essential Oil

The actions of this oil act as a powerful anti depressant and can combat tension, anxiety, fear, nervous exhaustion or any stress related illness.  With its warming properties it is good for muscular spasms and sprains.

As a massage oil it can be used to good effect with hard and contracted limbs.  Also good for dry and irritated skin and to combat oiliness.

With regard to skin care it must be used in small quantities and is especially good for dry and irritated skin.
