Lavender Essential Oil

Lavender  contains phytonutrients that are very effective in muscle cramps.  Best used as a massage oil it can provide relief from discomfort and joints pain caused by a wide variety of conditions easing spasms and aches.

This oil is perhaps best associated with sleep and can aid insomnia or sleep related disorders.  It is also wonderful in treating burns and as it can be applied directly to the skin it makes it a very easy treatment for scalds, sunburn etc.

• Pure undiluted essential oil

How to Use Product

• Dilute in a carrier oil of your choice - maximum 10%
• Apply to the appropriate area of the skin as directed
• Add a few drops of water and use in a burner
• Add a few drops to bath water
