Ravensara is useful for combatting the "blues" - feelings such as depression, low esteem, fatigue and lack of energy.  

It is a good oil to help with  skin problems such as acne and oily skin. Useful as an expectorant when used as an inhalant with steam.

How to Use Product

• Dilute in a carrier oil of your choice - maximum 10%
• Apply to the appropriate area of the skin as directed
• Add a few drops of water and use in a burner
• Add a few drops to bath water
