Rosemary Essential Oil

Rosemary contains rosmarinic acid ( an active ingredient)  which has pain-killing and anti-inflammatory effects.  It helps to reduce fluid build-up in joints and is good for tired stiff and overworked muscles.  The piercing quality of this oil make it valuable as an inhalant (in steam) for the treatment of blocked sinuses and nasal passages.  Good in general for assisting with respiratory problems such as the common cold and asthma.

• Pure undiluted essential oil

How to Use Product

• Dilute in a carrier oil of your choice - maximum 10%
• Apply to the appropriate area of the skin as directed
• Add a few drops of water and use in a burner
• Add a few drops to bath water
