Sage is considered to be good for respiratory infections (when used as part of a steam inhalant).  It is also very warming when used as a part of a massage oil to assist with aching muscles and joints.

• Pure undiluted essential oil

How to Use Product

• Dilute in a carrier oil of your choice - maximum 10%
• Apply to the appropriate area of the skin as directed
• Add a few drops of water and use in a burner
• Add a few drops to bath water
