Spearmint has anti-nauseating properties and is renowned for promoting digestion and relieving stomach upset. Consisting of chemical components such as carvone and limonene which energise and lift improve moods and assist with depression as well as having hormonal properties. It has also been shown to improve alertness which can help with absorbing information and memory retention.  As with most of the mint family of oils Spearmint can relieve congestion, breaking down mucus and opening the airways.

How to Use Product

• Dilute in a carrier oil of your choice - maximum 10%
• Apply to the appropriate area of the skin as directed
• Add a few drops of water and use in a burner
• Add a few drops to bath water
