Sweet Almond Blending Oil

Blending oil, also known as base or carrier oil, is used to dilute essential oils and absolutes before they are applied to the skin.  They are so named because they "blend" or "carry" the essential oil into the skin. Unlike essential oils, blending oils do not have much scent or evaporate.

In Indian Ayurveda almond is considered a nutritive for the brain and nervous system. 
It moisturizes skin, preventing dryness, itchiness and signs of ageing and it has anti-inflammatory properties.  When applied to wounds and scars it promotes natural healing without risk of further infection.  Sweet almond oil has a high concentration of vitamin E, which is an essential nutrient considered to improve hair health by promoting growth and  strengthening hair structure.

How to Use Product

• Blend in your choice of essential oil - maximum 10% to 90% Sweet Almond
• Apply to the appropriate area of the skin as directed
• Use as a base for facial scrubs or cleanser or apply to dark circles under eyes
