Blend comprises 

• Ginger - boosts energy and mental clarity, useful if you suffer from an energy drop in the afternoon.  The most common themes of use have always been to stimulate and support digestion and promote a feeling of well-being
• Grapefruit - upon its discovery it was nicknamed the "forbidden fruit€�, a reference to the tree of knowledge in the Garden of Eden.  The fresh, zingy and uplifting scent soothes the spirit by promoting feelings of peace and freedom
• Orange - because it doesn't grow in the wild its origins are something of a mystery.  The sweet orange was unknown until the 15th century when it was introduced to the Mediterranean by Portuguese and Italian traders, quickly becoming a fruity symbol of opulence and luxury
• Ylang Ylang - is rich in volatile organic compounds which are responsible for its many benefits, not least of which is helping to increase the libido

How to Use Product

• Dilute in carrier oil and massage into temples and/or chosen area of the body
• Add a few drops to bath water
• Add to water in a burner or diffuser
• Place a few drops on a handkerchief, warm flannel or cold compress
• Add a few drops to hot water and inhale
